You can pay for your booked tours using:
1. Fast payment system You can pay for your order online using the Fast Payment System (FPS) via the Uniteller payment service.
The Fast Payment System is a payment method that allows you to pay for orders via the mobile application of a FPS Participating Bank.
Security guarantees: The security of transfers in the FPS is ensured at all levels - Participating Banks, the Bank of Russia and NSPK - using modern security systems. The FPS complies with all information security standards.
2. Online bank card The most convenient way to pay using MIR, Visa, MasterCard cards. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure Uniteller payment page, where you need to enter your payment details. After that, an electronic check will be sent to the email specified in the payment form.
Security guarantees: The security of Uniteller processing is confirmed by the PCI DSS payment card industry data security standard certificate. The reliability of the service is ensured by an intelligent fraud monitoring system, as well as the use of 3D Secure - a modern technology for the security of online payments.
Your card details are entered on a special secure payment page. Information is transferred to the Uniteller processing company using TLS encryption technology. Further information is transferred through closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability.
Uniteller does not transfer your card details to the store or other third parties!
If your card supports 3D Secure technology, in order to make a payment, you will need to undergo additional user verification at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). To do this, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card. The type of verification depends on the bank. As a rule, this is an additional password that is sent in an SMS, a variable code card, or other methods.
3. By bank card at the office Payment security is guaranteed by the PCI DSS security certificate of our payment partner, as well as the use of 3D Secure - a modern technology for the security of online payments.
4. Bank transfer Request an invoice with bank details from the manager and make a payment using the details from your personal account in your online bank. The bank may charge a commission for the transfer.
5. Cash at the office Our office is located at the address: Moscow, Prospekt Mira 95, building 1, floor 7, office 717 and is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00. Please agree on the time of your visit with the manager in advance; he will order a pass for you.
Foreign tours are paid at the internal exchange rate of partners on the day of payment.
Refunds
If you cancel the tour, the funds are returned minus the actual costs incurred. The refund is made to the details from which the payment was made (if the payment was made by card or via the SBP), or to your bank details that you specified in the refund application.

The refund application review period is 5 business days.
Refunds to the card are made within 3 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card.
Refunds under the SBP are made instantly in the bank systems.
